Our Mission for 2025: Advancing Quality Discipleship and Building Healthy House Churches

Dear Partners of the Hosanna Sewakai Nepal (HSN) Community,

As we look back on the incredible journey of this past year, our hearts are filled with profound gratitude. We have witnessed God’s abundant grace, His guidance, and the remarkable progress made possible through your unwavering support. Your dedication and partnership have been central to every achievement, and we extend our sincere appreciation for standing with us in this mission.

On behalf of the entire HSN family, we thank you deeply for your faithful commitment. Together, we shared the Gospel with 323,459 individuals, resulting in the joyful baptism of 5,043 new believers from 42 distinct people groups. One of the most historic milestones took place in June, when 732 individuals were baptized in a single gathering in Province 6—a powerful demonstration of God’s movement in our nation.

This year has also been a testimony of extraordinary growth within the body of Christ. Through the dedication of our global partners and the tireless service of our passionate team, 13,632 lay leaders were trained and equipped for ministry. Their efforts have contributed to the planting of 5,022 new house churches, affirming the life-changing impact of Quality Discipleship and Healthy House Churches—principles that remain at the core of our vision and mission.

Looking Forward: Our Vision for the Coming Year

As we step into a new year, our passion to reach the unreached grows stronger than ever. We are committed to expanding ministry among Nepal’s 92 Unreached and Unengaged People Groups (UUPG) through the Disciple Making Movement (DMM) and Community Health Education (CHE) strategies.

This is not just our mission—it is a divine calling. We remain dedicated to ensuring that every person in Nepal has the opportunity to encounter the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

In 2024, we conducted eight specialized training sessions for our church planting trainers, equipping them to carry forward our core objectives:

  • Strengthening a vibrant discipleship movement

  • Multiplying healthy, sustainable house churches across communities

Together, we are laying a strong and enduring foundation for future outreach—one that will continue to foster spiritual growth, community transformation, and long-term impact.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Raju Sundas
President, Hosanna Sewakai Nepal
